يجب على الأعضاء تنفيذ القرارات بمجرد إبلاغها إليهم أو صدورها فى مواجهتهم متى صارت نهائية، وكل عضو يمتنع عن تنفيذ القرار الصادر فى النزاع يقوم مكتب اللجنة العامة بالمحافظة بانذاره وتحدد له مدة غايتها أسبوع لتنفيذ القرار، فإذا لم يقم بالتنفيذ رغم ذلك تحيله اللجنة إلى مجلس التأديب لينظر فى أمره.
