فى حالة الاعتراض على قرارات لجنة التصالح يحال النزاع إلى لجنة تحكيم بالإسكندرية تشكل من أربعة أعضاء منهم عضو واحد من التجار المقيدين وعضوان من المنتجين وعضو من هيئة التحكيم واختبارات القطن ويرأس اللجنة مستشار من مجلس الدولة يختاره رئيس المجلس.
ويصدر بتشكيل لجنة التحكيم قرار من الوزير المختص، ويكون انعقادها بمقر اللجنة العامة بمدينة الإسكندرية.
