Article 75 of the Unified Tax Procedures Law

للوزير أو من يفوضه التصالح في الجريمة المنصوص عليها فى المادة (١٣٥) من قانون الضريبة على الدخل الصادر بالقانون رقم ٩١ لسنة ٢٠٠٥ مقابل سداد ما يلي :
١– تعويض يعادل نسبة (١٢,٥٪) من المبالغ التى لم يتم استقطاعها أو خصمها أو تحصيلها .
٢– تعويض يعادل نسبة (١٢,٥٪) من المبالغ التى تم استقطاعها أو خصمها أو تحصيلها ولم يتم توريدها .
بالإضافة الى أصل هذه المبالغ ومقابل التأخير .
