للوزير أو من يفوضه التصالح فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى القانون الضريبى التى تقع من المحاسب مقابل سداد تعويض لا يقل عن الحد الأدنى للغرامة المنصوص عليها فيه ولا يجاوز الحد الأقصى لهذه الغرامة .
