يترتب على التصالح انقضاء الدعوى الجنائية وإلغاء ما ترتب على قيامها من آثار بما فى ذلك العقوبة المقضى بها ، وتأمر النيابة العامة بوقف تنفيذ العقوبة إذا تم التصالح أثناء تنفيذها .
