ويجوز للجمعية العامة للشركة تعيين مراقب حسابات آخر للشركة ، بالإضافة
إلى مراقب الجهاز المركزى للمحاسبات من مراقبى الحسابات المقيدين بسجلات الهيئة
العامة للرقابة المالية ، على أن تحدد الجمعية العامة أتعابه .
الفصل الأول
الإفصاح وقواعد الحوكمة والإدارة الرشيدة
يتولى الجهاز المركزى للمحاسبات مراقبة حسابات الشركة وتقييم أدائها طبقا لقانونه.
