تلتزم الهيئة بتقديم تقارير أداء نصف سنوية عن الموقف المالى والقوائم المالية لها
بعد إقرارها من مجلس الإدارة إلى كل من مجلس الوزراء ، ومجلس النواب .
كما تلتزم بنشر قوائمها المالية مرة على الأقل كل سنة وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية
لهذا القانون وسيلة النشر وطريقته .
