تعلن تقديرات القيمة الإيجارية التى تقررها اللجان المشار إليها فى المادة (١٣) من هذا القانون
بعد اعتمادها من الوزير أو من يفوضه فى الأماكن التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية ،
كما ينشر بالجريدة الرسمية عن إتمام هذه التقديرات .
ويجب إخطار كل مكلف بالتقديرات المشار إليها بكتاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول
[غير مقروء] مأمورية الضرائب العقارية أو بالإقرار المقدم منه .
