يكون للصندوق موازنة مستقلة ، يتبع فى وضعها وإعداد القوائم المالية لها معايير المحاسبة المصرية .
وتبدأ السنة المالية للصندوق وتنتهى فى الموعد المقرر بنظامه الأساسى ، ويعد الصندوق قوائم مالية سنوية وربع سنوية على أن يتم ترحيل الفائض من عام إلى آخر .
