تتكون موارد الصندوق مما يأتى :
١ - رأسمال الصندوق .
٢ - الأصول التى تنتقل ملكيتها للصندوق وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
٣ - العائد من استثمار أمواله واستغلال أصوله .
٤ - القروض والتسهيلات التى يحصل عليها ، وحصيلة إصدار السندات والأدوات المالية الأخرى .
٥ - الموارد الأخرى التى يقرها مجلس الإدارة ، ويصدر بقبولها قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء .
