The Supreme Constitutional Court struck down this article in whole or part (case 31 of judicial year 26, hearing of 2010-05-02): that part is not law
يوقف صرف المعاشات إلى المستحقين عن المحامى عدا الزوجة
إذا استخدموا فى أى عمل وكان دخلهم فيه يعادل المعاش أو يزيد عليه .
فإذا نقص هذا الدخل عما يستحقونه من المعاش أدى إليهم الفرق .
ويعود حق هؤلاء فى صرف المعاش كاملا أو جزء منه إذا انقطع هذا الدخل كله
أو بعضه.

فاذا نقص هذا الدخل عما يستحقونه من المعاش أدى اليهم الفرق .
ويعود حق هؤلاء فى صرف المعاش كاملا أو جزءا منه اذا انقطع هذا الدخل كله أو بعضه .
