اذا طلقت البنت أو الأخت أو ترملت أو عجز الابن أو الاخ عن الكسب بعد وفاة المحامى أو صاحب المعاش منح كل منهم ما كان يستحق له من معاش بافتراض استحقاقه فى تاريخ وفاة المورث دون مساس بحقوق باقى المستحقين .
كما يعود حق الأرملة فى المعاش اذا طلقت أو ترملت ولم تكن مستحقة لمعاش عن الزوج الأخير .
