Article 203 of the Advocacy Law

يقطع معاش المستحق فى الحالات الآتية :
١ وفاة المستحق .
٢ زواج الأرملة أو المطلقة والبنت أو الأخت .
٣ بلوغ الابن أو الأخ سن الحادية والعشرين ويستثنى من ذلك :
( أ ) العاجز عن الكسب حتى زوال حالة العجز .
(ب) الطالب فى احدى مراحل التعليم التى لا تجاوز الجامعى أو العالى حتى انتهاء دراسته أو بلوغه سن السادسة والعشرين أيهما أقرب ويستمر صرف معاش الطالب الذى بلغ سن السادسة والعشرين خلال السنة الدراسية حتى نهايتها .
٤ اذا توافرت فى المستحق شروط استحقاق معاش أكبر مع مراعاة حكم المادة (٢٠٤) .
