يشترط فيمن يرشح نفسه لعضوية مجلس النقابة الفرعية أن يكون
من أعضاء جمعيتها العمومية الذين مضى على ممارستهم المهنة خمس سنوات متصلة على الأقل
لاتدخل فيها مدد الأعمال النظيرة للمحاماه فضلا عن توافر بقية الشروط المنصوص عليها
فى المادة ( ١٣٣ ).
From 1 April 1983 to 19 October 1984
يشترط فيمن يرشح نفسه لعضوية مجلس النقابة الفرعية أن يكون من المحامين المقبولين أمام محكمة النقض أو أمام محاكم الاستئناف ممن مضى على مزاولتهم المهنة سبع سنوات متصلة على الأقل لا تدخل فيها مدد الأعمال النظيرة للمحاماة . وتسرى بقية الشروط المبينة بالمادة (١٣٣) ويتولى أعضاء الجمعية العمومية انتخاب النقيب .
