تنشأ لجان نقابية في دائرة كل محكمة جزئية وتعمل على تحقيق أهداف النقابة
الفرعية في حدود اختصاصها .
ويضع مجلس النقابة العامة قواعد إنشاء اللجنة واختصاصها ، ويجوز لمجلس النقابة
العامة ، بعد استطلاع رأي النقابة الفرعية المختصة دمج أكثر من لجنة نقابية .
مادة (٢٠٢) عبارة جديدة إلى عجز البند (٢):
ويعاد توزيع نصيب المستحق المقطوع معاشه على باقي المستحقين .
