Article 133 of the Advocacy Law

يشترط فيمن يرشح نفسه لعضوية مجلس النقابة :
(١) أن يكون من أعضاء الجمعية العمومية .
(٢) أن يكون مسددا لرسوم الاشتراك المستحقة حتى آخر السنة السابقة على فتح باب الترشيح .
(٣) ألا يكون قد صدر ضده خلال السنوات الثلاثة السابقة على ذلك أى قرارات تأديبية .
