ينشأ بوزارة العدل جدول خاص لقيد الخبراء في التخصصات التى يقتضيها
تنفيذ الاتفاقات المشار إليها في المادة (١) من هذا القانون .
ويتم القيد بهذا الجدول وفقا للشروط والأوضاع التي يصدر بها قرار من وزير العدل
بالاتفاق مع وزير التجارة والتموين .
وتحدد المحكمة مقابل أتعاب الخبير وفقا للقواعد التي تبينها اللائحة التنفيذية ،
كما تحدد الملزم بهذه الأتعاب من الخصوم .
