تختص محكمة القضاء الإداري دون غيرها بنظر المنازعات المتعلقة
بتنفيذ أحكام المواد السابقة ، ويكون الطعن في الأحكام الصادرة منها أمام المحكمة
الإدارية العليا .
ويتم الفصل في هذه المنازعات والطعون على وجه السرعة وطبقا للقواعد التى
تضمنتها الاتفاقات المشار إليها في المادة (١) من هذا القانون .
