على كل شخص أو جهة مختصة بالتحقيق في الشكاوى المتعلقة بحالات
الدعم أو الإغراق أو الزيادة غير المبررة في الواردات وباتخاذ الإجراءات والتدابير
والقرارات وفحص التظلمات الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات والبيانات التي يدلي بها ذوو
الشأن طبقا للأحكام الواردة بهذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية وما تضمنته الاتفاقات
المشار إليها في المادة (١) من هذا القانون .
ويحظر الكشف عن المعلومات والبيانات المشار إليها إلا بتصريح كتابي محدد
من الطرف الذي قدمها .
