Since 1 April 1982
يجب أن تكون أغلبية أعضاء مجلس الادارة فى أية شركة مساهمة من المتمتعين بجنسيه جمهورية مصر العربية .
واذا انخفضت لأى سبب من الأسباب نسبة المصريين فى مجلس الادارة عمايلزم توافره بالتطبيق لهذه المادة ،وجب استكمال هذه النسبة خلال ثلاثة أشهر على الأكثر على أن تصادق الجمعية العامة على ذلك فى أول اجتماع لها .
ولا يخل ما تقدم بما نص عليه قانون استثمار المال العربى والأجنبى .
