يجب أن تقدم أسهم شركات المساهمة وسنداتها التى تصدر بطريق الاكتتاب
العام خلال سنة على الأكثر من تاريخ قفل باب الاكتتاب الى جميع بورصات
الأوراق المالية في مصر لتقيد في جداول أسعارها طبقا للشروط والأوضاع
المنصوص عليها في لوائح تلك البورصات .
ويكون عضو مجلس الادارة المنتدب مسئولا عن تنفيذ أحكام هذه المادة
وعن التعويض الذى يستحق بسبب مخالفتها عند الاقتضاء .
