Since 1 April 1982
يجب اشهار عقد الشركة ونظامها بحسب الأحوال في السجل التجارى ،
ولا تثبت الشخصية الاعتبارية للشركة ولا يجوز لها أن تبدأ أعمالها الا من تاريخ
الشهر في السجل التجارى .
