تؤدى الشركات التى توافق عليها اللجنة المنصوص عليها فى المادة (18) من هذا القانون رسوما مقابل خدمات الفحص والتأسيس بواقع واحد فى الألف من رأس المال المصدر بالنسبة إلى الشركات المساهمة وشركات التوصية بالأسهم, ومن رأس المال المدفوع بالنسبة إلى الشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة, وذلك بحد أدنى مقداره مائة جنيه وحد أقصى مقداره ألف جنيه".
