يجب أن يكون للحكومة ممثلان على الأقل فى مجلس ادارة الشركة المساهمة التى تضمن لها حد أدنى من الأرباح .
ويصدر بتعيين هؤلاء الممثلين قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء بناء على عرض الوزير المختص .
