يلغى كل من القانون رقم ٥٤ لسنة ١٩٧٥ بإصدار قانون صناديق التأمين الخاصة ، والقانون رقم ١٠ لسنة ١٩٨١ بإصدار قانون الإشراف والرقابة على التأمين فى مصر ، والقانون رقم ٧٢ لسنة ٢٠٠٧ بإصدار قانون التأمين الإجبارى عن المسئولية المدنية الناشئة عن حوادث مركبات النقل السريع داخل جمهورية مصر العربية ، وتلغى المواد من (٧٤٧ إلى ٧٧١) من القانون المدنى الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٣١ لسنة ١٩٤٨ ، كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القانون والقانون المرافق له .
