ويكون للهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية ، دون غيرها ، الاختصاص بالتأسيس والترخيص والإشراف والرقابة على الجهات القائمة على نشاط التأمين وإعادة التأمين وما يرتبط بهما من خدمات تأمينية ومهن وأنشطة .
