Article 221 of the Unified Insurance Law

يعاقب بغرامة قدرها ألفا جنيه عن كل يوم من أيام تأخير شركة التأمين
فى تسليم القوائم المالية وفقا للقواعد الواردة بهذا القانون وما يصدر عن الهيئة
من قرارات بشأنها .
كما يعاقب بغرامة خمسمائة جنيه عن كل يوم من أيام تأخير صناديق التأمين
الخاصة أو غيرها من الجهات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون فى تسليم القوائم المالية
وفقا للقواعد الواردة بهذا القانون وما يصدر عن الهيئة من قرارات بشأنها .
