Article 222 of the Unified Insurance Law

يعاقب المسئول عن الإدارة الفعلية للشركة ، بالعقوبات المقررة عن الأفعال التى
ترتكب بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون ، متى ثبت علمه بها وكانت المخالفة قد وقعت
بسبب إخلاله بواجباته الوظيفية .
ويكون الشخص الاعتبارى مسئولا بالتضامن معه عن الوفاء بما يحكم به
من عقوبات مالية وتعويضات إذا كانت الجريمة قد ارتكبت من أحد العاملين به باسمه
نيابة عنه .
