يحظر على أعضاء مجالس الإدارة والعاملين بشركات التأمين فيما عدا العاملين بالجهاز الإنتاجى مزاولة أعمال الوساطة في التأمين أو إعادة التأمين لحسابهم الخاص .
كما يحظر على العاملين بالجهاز الإنتاجى مزاولة أعمال الوساطة فى التأمين أو إعادة التأمين لغير الشركة التي يعملون بها .
وفي جميع الأحوال ، لا يجوز الجمع بين أعمال الوساطة في التأمين والوساطة في إعادة التأمين .
