يضع مجلس إدارة الهيئة الشروط والقواعد والضوابط التي تلتزم بها شركات التأمين لعمل المتدربين لديها بصفة مؤقتة بالجهاز الإنتاجى وتسجيلهم بالسجل المعد لهذا الغرض بالهيئة ، ويحدد مجلس إدارة الهيئة الرسوم الواجب سدادها بهذا السجل بما لا يجاوز نصف الرسم المقرر بالنسبة لوسطاء التأمين ، تسدد وفقا لطرق السداد المقررة قانونا .
