تحكم المحكمة الجزئية فى كل فعل يعد بمقتضى القانون مخالفة أو جنحة عدا الجنح التى تقع بواسطة الصحف أو غيرها من طرق النشر على غير الأفراد . وتحكم أيضا فى الجنايات التى يحيلها إليها قاضى التحقيق أو غرفة الاتهام طبقا للمادتين ١٥٨ و ١٧٩ أو التى تقرر هى نظرها طبقا للمادة ٣٠٦
