يرسل ملف القضية إلى قلم كتاب محكمة الاستئناف فورا . وإذا طلب محامي المتهم أجلا للاطلاع عليه يحدد له مستشار الإحالة ميعادا لا يجوز عشرة أيام يبقى أثناءها ملف القضية في قلم الكتاب حتى يتسنى للمحامي الاطلاع عليه من غير أن ينقل من هذا القلم.

يرسل فى الحال ملف كل قضية صدر فيها أمر إحالة من غرفة الاتهام أو المحكمة الابتدائية بهيئة استئنافية إلى رئيس محكمة الاستئناف . و إذا طلب المدافع عن المتهم ميعادا للاطلاع على ملف القضية ، تحدد له غرفة الاتهام أو المحكمة ميعادا لا يتجاوز عشرة أيام يبقى أثناءها ملف القضية فى قلم الكتاب حتى يتسنى للمدافع الاطلاع عليه من غير أن ينقل من هذا القلم .
