تعلن النيابة العامة الخصوم بالأمر الصادر بالإحالة إلى محكمة الجنايات خلال الأيام الثلاثة التالية لصدوره.

يبلغ أمر الإحالة إلى النيابة العامة خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة من تاريخ صدوره . ويجب إعلانه إلى باقى الخصوم فى ميعاد ثلاثة أيام .
وعلى النيابة العامة أن تكلف المتهم على وجه السرعة بالحضور أمام المحكمة المختصة حسبما جاء فى أمر الإحالة .
