يصدر الوزير قرارا بنسبة المساهمة فى تكاليف الإنشاء والتشغيل والصيانة
للجهات المستفيدة من المشروعات المائية والمنشآت المتعددة الأغراض المقامة على
نهر النيل وفرعيه والمجارى المائية ومشروعات حماية الشواطئ والحماية من أخطار
الأمطار والسيول ومشروعات المياه الجوفية ، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات المستفيدة
بعد اعتماد توصيات اللجان العليا كل فيما يخصه .
