يجب إخطار الهيئة بقرارات تعيين أعضاء مجالس الإدارة والأعضاء المنتدبين ومديرى الشركة من غير أعضاء مجلس الإدارة وذلك خلال الخمسة عشر يوما التالية لصدورها.
ويجوز للوزير خلال ثلاثين يوما ولأسباب يحددها، الاعتراض على هذا التعيين.
