يكون لموظفى الهيئة الفنيين الذين يصدر باختيارهم قرار من وزير العدل بالاتفاق مع الوزير المختص صفة الضبط القضائى فى إثبات الجرائم التى تقع بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية، ولهم فى سبيل ذلك حق الاطلاع على كافة السجلات والدفاتر والمستندات والبيانات فى مقر الشركة أو غيرها، وعلى المسئولين عن إدارة الشركة أن يقدموا إليهم البيانات والمستخرجات وصور المستندات التى يطلبونها لهذا الغرض.
