يحظر على دور النشر ووسائل الإعلام المختلفة مقروءة او مسموعة أو مرئية نشر أية دعوة موجهة من غير الشركات المنصوص عليها فى المادة الأولى من هذا القانون إلى الجمهور لجمع الأموال وذلك عدا التبرع، كما يحظر عليها الإعلان عن أى نشاط من أنشطة الأشخاص المشار إليهم فى المادة 16 من هذا القانون خلال مدة توفيق أوضاعهم إلا بعد اعتماد صيغة الإعلان بصورة المختلفة من الهيئة، ويجب أن يتضمن الإعلان بيانا برقم وتاريخ الموافقة.
