على كل من أخطر الهيئة بعدم رغبته فى توفيق أوضاعه أو انقضت المدة المحددة لتوفيق الأوضاع دون إتمامه أن يرد جميع ما تلقاه من اموال إلى أصحابها خلال سنتين من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون.
ويكون الملتزمون برد الأموال المشار إليها، فى حالة تعددهم، وكذا الشركاء فى الشخص الاعتبارى، مسئولين بالتضامن فى جميع أموالهم عن الوفاء بهذا الالتزام.
