تقدر مصاريف الدعوى فى الحكم إن أمكن و إلا قدرها رئيس الهيئة التى أصدرت الحكم بأمر على عريضة يقدمها المحكوم له ويعلن هذا الأمر للمحكوم عليه بها . ولا يسرى على هذا الأمر السقوط المقرر فى المادة ٢٠٠
