إذا كان القاضى المطلوب رده منتدبا من محكمة أخرى أمر رئيس المحكمة بإرسال تقرير الرد ومستنداته إلى المحكمة التابع هو لها لتطلعه عليها وتتلقى جوابه عنها ثم تعيدها إلى المحكمة الأولى لتتبع فى شأنه الأحكام المقررة فى المواد السابقة .
