تتولى المجالس المنصوص عليها فى المادة (4) والقيادات المنصوص عليها فى المواد التالية كل فى دائرة اختصاصه تيسير العمل وانطلاقه بما يحقق أهداف الأكاديمية وذلك طبقا لأحكام القوانين واللوائح والنظم المقررة.
ولكل مجلس من هذه المجالس أن يشكل من بين أعضائه أو من غيرهم من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمتخصصين لجانا فنية دائمة أو مؤقتة لبحث الموضوعات التى تدخل فى اختصاصه.
