يعاقب بالحبس وغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرين ألف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من يستدعى للخدمة فى الاحتياط وتخلف دون عذر مقبول .

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة وغرامة لا تقل عن مائتى جنيه أو باحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من يستدعى للخدمة فى الاحتياط وتخلف دون عذر مقبول .
