يعاقب بالسجن مدة لا تزيد على سبع سنوات كل فرد أحدث بنفسه أو بواسطة غيره جرحا أو اصابة أو عاهة ترتب عليها عدم لياقته طبيا للخدمة العسكرية نهائيا .
