لا تبدأ المدة المقررة لسقوط الحق فى اقامة الدعوى على الملزمين بالخدمة العسكرية والوطنية الا من تاريخ بلوغ الفرد سن الثانية والأربعين ويعاقب على الشروع فى ارتكاب أية جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون بعقوبة الجريمة التامة .
