لا يجوز استبقاء من يصدر أمر استدعائه من أفراد الاحتياط بجهة عمله أو الاستمرار فيه .
وعلى رؤساء الجهات التى يعملون بها اخلاء طرفهم عند استدعائهم .
ولا يسمح لهم بالعودة الى عملهم أو الاستمرار فيه الا بعد تقديم كتاب معتمد من الجهة العسكرية المختصة التى يحددها وزير الدفاع بقرار منه يفيد انهاء استدعائهم .
