يصدر قرار من وزير الدفاع بتحديد الشروط والحالات التى يجوز فيها الاعفاء من الاستدعاء للخدمة في الاحتياط بالنسبة الى الأفراد الذين تقتضى أعمالهم بالمرافق العامة ذلك ويكون الاعفاء بقرار من وزير الدفاع بناء على طلب الوزير المختص .
