على كل فرد يدرج اسمه بكشوف الاحتياط أن يبين محل اقامته وعنوان عمله وأن يخطر مركز التجنيد والتعبئة المختص عن أى تغيير يطرأ على هذه البيانات خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ حدوث هذا التغيير .
وفى حالة عدم اخطاره بالتغيير يعتبر اعلانه للحضور بالجهة الأصلية صحيحا .
