لا يجوز للمؤسسات الصيدلية الامتناع عن بيع الأصناف المعدة للبيع مما يصنعون أو يستوردون أو يخزنون من المستحضرات الصيدلية أو المواد الدوائية أو المتحصلات [غير مقروء] أو النباتات الطبية ومتحصلاتها للهيئات أو الأشخاص المرخص لها فى ذلك طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون مقابل دفع الثمن المحدد لكل منها .
