يحظر على مخازن الأدوية أو وسطاء الأدوية أو مصانع المستحضرات الصيدلية أو محال الاتجار فى النباتات الطبية بيع أى دواء أو مستحضر صيدلى أو نبات طبى أو أى مادة كيماوية أو أقرباذينية أو عرضها للبيع للجمهور أو إعطاؤها له بالمجان . كما يحظر على تلك المؤسسات تحضير أى دواء أو التوسط فى ذلك .
