يجب حفظ الدفاتر المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون وجميع المستندات الخاصة بها كالتذاكر الطبية والفواتير والطلبات مدة خمس سنوات ابتداء من آخر قيد فى الدفاتر وعلى أصحاب المؤسسات الصيدلية ومديريها تقديم تلك الدفاتر والفواتير والمستندات لمفتشى وزارة الصحة العمومية كلما طلبوا منهم ذلك .
